Dr. William G. Buckman Sr.
Dr Buckman, the founder of BJD, is not only the Chairman of the Board but also serves as the CEO for Buckman Jet Drilling. Dr. Buckman
started his education at Western Kentucky University earning a BS in Mathematics and Physics with honors. He then earned a MS Physcis
from Vanderbilt University and soon earned his PhD. Radiological Physics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Buckman
holds six patents and has been awarded numerous grants and featured in many publications.

Dr. William C. Maurer
Dr. William C. Maurer is a currently serving on the BJD Board of Directors since 2007 but has been involved with BJD since the early days of
development. Dr. Maurer holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering (1958) from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville and a M.S. (1961), Ph.D. in
Mining Engineering(1962) from the Colorado School of Mines. Dr. Maurer has 38 patents and was given the "Legends of Drilling" award by
the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Dr. Maurer is currently the President and owner of Maurer Enterprises, INC, located in Houston, Texas.

Charles Richard Buckman
Richard Buckman has been a Director on the board of BJD, since its founding in 1999. Richard received a Master's of Computer Science at
Vanderbilt and started his career at IBM. While at IBM, Richard became Chief Architect and led the merger of technologies and product
strategy for the network management product lines of IBM acquisitions. Richard left IBM to pursue startup ventures and has been involved
in software development startups for the past 11 years. Richard is currently the Sr. Director of Software Development at Zilliant, a price
management software company located in Austin, Texas.

Gordon Buckman Jr.
Gordon Buckman is currently Quality Manager of the Lord Corporation's Manufacturing Facility in Bowling Green Kentucky. He was born on
February 20, 1961 in Nashville TN. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with an A.S. degree in Industrial Electricity, B.S.
degree in Industrial Engineering in 1986. In 1996, he received a Master degree in International Economics from Western Kentucky
University. In 1986, Gordon joined Eaton Corporation where he held several positions including Production supervisor, Manufacturing
engineer, Material Coordinator and Quality Engineer. Since 1996 Gordon has held the Quality Managers position at Hayes Wheels, Arvin
Meritor and currently Lord Corporation.
Gordon Buckman serves on the Buckman Jet Drilling Board of Directors as Secretary.

Steve Manz
Steve Manz is currently working with Simmons & Company International as the Director of Research. He has twenty years experience in
various financial and managerial roles and has negotiated and executed approximately 25 acquisitions and 10 divestures with a total value
in excess of $3.5 billion. Manz also has significant experience with start-up entities and has been intimately involved with two energy
companies, Noble Corporation and Hercules Offshore. Manz holds a BBA in Finance from University of Texas in Austin and also a degree in
Accounting from George Mason University.
